Only what a form asks for, plus what the request itself carries:
We record the IP address on form submissions because an open form that emails a file to any address given to it can be used to send mail to people who did not ask for it. The address is used for rate limiting and abuse investigation, and for nothing else. It is erased after 90 days.
Card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and an identifier, not a card number. Stripe collects your billing address and name directly.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and carries no analytics, advertising, session-recording or fingerprinting code. We do not know who you are when you read a county page. Because there is no tracking to turn off, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals have nothing to act on here.

None of these are permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we have never shared it for anyone else's advertising.
Our servers are in Helsinki, Finland. Stripe, Zoho and Cloudflare operate globally and process information in the United States and elsewhere. So a Georgia contractor's email address, and the Georgia public records in the product, currently sit on a server in the European Union. We are telling you this plainly rather than writing “we may process your data worldwide,” which is how most policies avoid saying anything at all.
To deliver what you asked for and to run the subscription you bought; to protect the service from abuse; to keep the financial and tax records the law requires; and to contact you about your account. We will email you about the product itself — a county going live, a change to your plan — and you can tell us to stop at any time without losing your subscription. We do not send your details to anyone else's mailing list.
These are enforced by a job that runs every night, not by our good intentions:
Subscription and payment records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your email address, county and trade are a business record and are kept until you ask us to remove them — a waitlist entry exists to be acted on when a seat frees up, and deleting it would just mean losing your place. Anything we hold about you, we will delete on request, except where we are required to keep a record of a transaction.
Everything above is about your information. The permits, parcels and contractor records in the product are government records obtained from Georgia issuing jurisdictions, mostly through open records requests. The people named in them did not choose to be in a product, and we do not treat them as if they had.
What that means concretely:
Building permits are public records, and we cannot unpublish what the county publishes. But if a page about your property concerns you, tell us and we will look at it. If it is wrong, we will correct it and tell you where the error came from. If it is right but you have a genuine safety concern, say so — we would rather suppress one page than be the reason someone is easier to find. We will also tell you which office issued the record, because correcting it at the source fixes it everywhere, not just here.
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, send you a copy, or delete it. Ask us to stop emailing you and we will. You do not need to cite a statute or live in a particular state — we would rather answer everyone the same way than sort people by which law protects them. We will not charge you, and we will not make it difficult.
The site is served over HTTPS. The database is not reachable from the internet. Access to the server is by key, not password. Secrets are held on the server, not in our code. This is a small operation and we will not pretend to certifications we do not have; no system is perfectly secure, and if we ever have a breach affecting your information we will tell you what happened rather than issue a statement about how seriously we take security.
TractCue is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
